Refund Policy

Overview

At Brand Lab, we are committed to delivering exceptional work that meets your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit within 48 hours of the initial payment. After 48 hours but before work begins, a 90% refund will be issued.

During Production

If you choose to cancel during the production phase, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers the work already completed. Any remaining balance will not be charged. We will deliver all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

After Delivery

Once final deliverables have been approved and delivered, refunds are not available. We encourage you to use the included revision rounds to ensure the final product meets your expectations before approval.

Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include additional revisions at no extra cost. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
