By accessing or using Brand Lab's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Brand Lab provides video editing, montage, content creation, motion graphics, sound design, and related post-production services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
Payment is required as outlined in your project agreement. Standard terms require 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in project delays.
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to the final deliverables. Brand Lab retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Raw project files and source materials remain the property of Brand Lab unless explicitly transferred.
Revision rounds are included as specified in your chosen plan. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be clearly communicated in writing.
You are responsible for providing all necessary materials (footage, assets, brand guidelines) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines. You warrant that you have the rights to all materials provided to us.
Brand Lab's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate a project, payment for work completed up to the termination date is required. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
